i have thyroid glang enlargement with heterogenous echopattern there is 1.5 xo.91 cmechogenic are right superior pole..there is also 1.05 x1.o4x 0.91cm hypoechoic solid nodule at the right inferior pole..a 1.20x 1.10x1,07 cm.solid nodule with calcified rim at the left mid portion there are no enlarge lymp nodes seen diffuse thyroid parenchymal desease solid nodule bilateral.. wthat is that mean doc..what should i do
