Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of pelvic ultrasound is as follows:
THere is singleton pregnancy with baby's head facing downwards (which is normal).
The fetal heart pulsations are audible and the rate is within normal range.
The fetal movements are also seen.
In addition, measurements like bi-parietal diameter and head circumference are normal.
No structural or congenital abnormality is detected.
The placenta is placed posteriorily in the fundus of the uterus and shows good maturity.
The weight of the baby is also within normal range.

Thanks and take care
