my wife had 6 week pregnancy last time scan report is 1.gravid uterus shows a regular gastational sac in fundal region.2.mean sac diameter is 12mm.3.yolk sac is seen.embryo is not seen.4.no adnexal mass lession seen.5.no free fluid is seen in cul.de.sac.6.early intra uterine pregnancy pls tell meaning for this

This shows that she is pregnant and You might be worried of 3rd point which states that no embryo is seen. So be relax because at 6 weeks the size of fetus is very small and sonologist might not be able to identify it properly may be due to machine resolution error or subjective error. I would suggest you have another USG 1 month later and it might be reassuring.
