Hello

Your findings suggests enlarged uterus with small fibroid.
Fibroids are benign tumours and it can be managed by both means conservative or surgical.
Treatment depend upon age of the patient, symptoms, family is completed or not etc.
Since you have small fibroids,it may only need conservative treatment.

Endometrial thickness varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.Other findings are normal.
Findings need clinical correlation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
