Hello there,
Thank you for your question.
It would have helped me to know your weight and age as thyroid doses are dependent on weight and TSH values. From the TSH value it is evident that you need to slightly go up on the dose of thyroid hormones as to conceive the range of TSH should be between 2-2.5. Yours is at 7.29. Now sometimes not taking the dose correctly can also reduce effectiveness of medicine, like you should keep minimum of half hour gap between taking the medicine early morning empty stomach and breakfast. So have breakfast or tea/coffee only half hour after taking thyroid medicine. Just this much may bring your TSH to normal. If you are overweight it is not because of hypothyroidism. Its only 2-3 kgs that hypothyroidism will contribute, not more than that. From you LH and FSH values it is evident that you have PCOS. If you lose weight (even about 2-3 kgs) you will be able to control your PCOS.
So do visit your endocrinologist who can uptitrate your thyroid doses. For PCOS women, weight loss, exercise and sometimes a medicine called Metformin helps in conceiving. Do discuss this option with your endocrinologist who may advise some blood tests like FBS, PPBS, HbA1c, Serum androgens (if needed) and start some therapy with Metformin.
Dont worry and all the best.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
