General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your thyroid report with normal thyroid profie
Total T3: 60 - 200ng/dl_______________________39_______low
Total T4 : 4.5 - 12.0 μg/dl_____________________1.8______low
TSH: 0.30 - 5.5 μIU/ml_____________________150____high

Your report suggest you have hypothyroidism and that is the reason of weight gain.
I advise you to consult the endocrinologist for better management.
Doctor will provide thyronorm (synthetic thyroid hormone) 100 ug.
Repeat the thyroid test after 1 month of starting treatment to know the response of drug.
Drug should be manage according to next report.
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga, avoid saturated fat and take grem leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
