Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your electrolites ,calcium, magnesium and phosphorus are all within the normal ranges. So these blood works are OK! you have no electrolite imbalance. Your TSH result is under the range and this result show hyperthyroidism.
You mention that you had a biopsy on 7 nodules and from this I can detect that you have a Multinodular Goiter. So,very probably your definitive thyroid diagnosis is :Toxic multinodular goiter.
But to confirm the diagnosis it is very necessary to do even the fT3 and fT4 test to see if you thyroid glad produce too much of the hormone Thyroxine. I suggest to schedule another Endocrinologist appointment because if your thyroid hormones are high ,you may need a treatment and a follow up for your Hyperthyroidism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
