Your gynae will likely want you ( after treatment advise ) you come back after you have been on the birth pills to see if the cysts are gone( is gone , if one ). If cyst is gone and there is no medical concerns , she will stop treatment . But few doctors also prescribe metformin for cysts. Other symptoms may be due to tension caused by cysts . But I would advise X ray chest for lungs findings. While for stomach finding as these symptoms are severe so you may need drugs like pantaprazole-D twice in day on empty stomach as this will relieve all symptoms faced by you due to cyst.
