What Does This Sperm Analysis Report Specify?

Is my sperm test normal as in some forums I see the minimum count required is 20 Million/ML but in some it s way higher so I don t understand which one is correct, I have visited two dotors, one said I need atleast 50 Million/ML but the other said my count is fine. Please advise, Opaque: Gray Volume: 2.0 Reaction: Alcaline Viscosity: Normal Total count: 25 m per ml Active Motile: 50 Sluggish Motile: 10 No-Motile: 40 Normal form: 85% Giant head: 08% Pin head: 07 % Puc cell: 0-1/hpf

Count should be more than 20 million/ml, more than fifty percent should be motile and normal morphology.
