Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
After going through the semen report you have posted, the following observations can be made.
1. Semen volume and physical characteristics like appearance, viscosity, liquification time are normal.
2. Chemical tests are fine.
3.
Sperm count is within normal range.
4. No indication of infection present.
But the only problem that can be noted is with motility and altered morphology of sperms. Hence your
fertility level is a bit low, as compared to normal. This could be due to increased
oxidative stress.
You don't have to worry right now. If you are smoker, kindly quit smoking immediately.
You can take medications like carnitine, CoQ10,
Lipoic acid and Vitamin E for a month and get your
semen analysis again after that.
If the morphology and motility improves, your fertility also automatically improves.
All the best.
