What Does This Sonomammography Report Of Breast Indicate?

My wife bilateral breasts sonomammography resulsts as follows:
1- Evidence of left upper lateral quadrant semi defined, lobulated outer border hypoechoic soft tissue mass is seen between 1 & 2' Oclock measuring about 8x8mm.
2- Bilateral scattered linear and microcalcefications are noted.
3- Right axillary reactive lymphadenopathy.
4- No left axillary lymphnode enlargement.
5-Prominent fibro glandular elements of both breasts.
6-Normal size, shape & configuration of both breasts with normal skin, nipple, subcutaneous fat and retro areolar regions.
7-No evidence of ductectasia.Impression:
1-Left breast mass for further assessment (BI-RADS category 4A)
2-Mild bilateral fibroadenosis
3-Right axillary lymph adenopathy.
