Not have been sexually active since 3 months and have missed my periods since two months so did sonography .it SahaRA done . Uterus normal in size and echotexture measuring 7.6*4.2*3.2 cms. Anteverted in position. Normal myometrial echoes noted. The endometrial echo complex is thickened measuring 14.3 mm. Right ovary shows simple follicular cyst measuring 3.2*2.2 cms. Left ovary is normal in size and echotexture and show follicles within. Left ovary measures 2.3*1.1 cms. No adnexal pathology is seen. No evidence of free fluid in the pouch of Douglas. Urinary bladder is distended with smooth outlines. No filling defects are seen in the bladder. Bladder wall thickness is normal. No evidence of PCOD noted in present scan..please tell me what does this mean and whether I am pregnant
