Following is my wife's "Obstetrics Sonography" report's impression.

Estimated fetal weight = 2658 gms +/- 402 gms

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Single loose loop of cord 3/4th around neck means umbilical cord is partially wrapped around the neck of fetus.
Since it is loose, there are chances that it will unwind with advancement of pregnancy.
Even if it doesn't unwind, normal delivery is possible with loop around the neck.If it causes fetal compromise then cesarean section can be done.

Other findings are normal. There is single live fetus with vertex presentation(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis) and Fetal maturity is 35 weeks and 6 days.
Estimated fetal weight is 2658 grams.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
