What Does This Semen Analysis Report For Fertility Indicate?

Hi ...I wanna conceive baby.... My all hormonal reporte are normal.... Prolectin level is slightly high... My hubby is 48 year old ...& his semen test are is abnormal.... Quantity of semen is required 21 or 22.... But result is 18.....and 3% sperm are lived others are dead...... Pllzzz advice us....doctor started treatment of hmg 75....is this work if lived sperm count is 3%...???

Hello madam , welcome to HCM. Percentage of live sperms are less. But you cannot tell the same sperms may not meet eggs. Even with less sperms , if they are capable of reaching tubes not meeting egg, then it is useless. So you can try that treatement , which improves ovarian response, leading to egg release. You please relax and dont get tensed thinking about it. Engage time in doing things you like.Never miss the ovulation period (12th day from start of your periods and goes for 8 days) during which you should have contact with your hubby.All the best.
