What Does This Scan Report Signify?
Currently I am appx 5 weeks pregnant. My first beta/hcg test at 4 weeks showed the level of 2845ui, and ultrasound at 5 weeks, showed the sac but nothing inside. I am a little nervous about the levels being so high, yet not being able to see anything.

Generally at 5 weeks of pregnancy, a gestational sac is seen, and probably a yolk sac.
You should wait a week more before concluding anything.
BY 6 weeks, a fetal pole should be seen with cardiac activity inside.
Till then, take rest.
Avoid stress and intercourse, and take medications as advised.
