What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?
The findings on my ultra sound report says that my uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and ochopattern , The endometrium is slightly thickend. Both the anerior and posterior myometrial walls demonstrate mild coarse echopattern, suggestive of milddiffuse adenomyosis (+)myoma nodule low posterior measuring 0.56x0.62x0.60cm. normal ovarianmorphology..
As per this report, there is nothing to worry now.
1) Adenomyosis means a change in the texture of myometrium, due to this few patients have excessive bleeding.
2) Fibroid size is very small, you can take medicine like Ulipristal so that it doesn't increase. If it will increase then it may require surgery. You need continuously follow-up scan every 3 months to see the size of the fibroid.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
