my mother age is about 73 years. Her Lipid profile is:

Serum Total Cholesterol 3.54 mmol/I

urine RE:

colour: pale yellow

SP gravity: 1.025

reaction: Acidic

Protein: Present (++)*

Glucose: NIL

RBCs: NIL

Pus Cells/HPF: Numerous/HPF*

pH: 6.0

Epith cell: (+)

She is biabetic patient, could please suggest what you proposed. Doctor recommend antibetic.

Your mother has plenty of pus cells in the urine.
SO she is suffering from severe urinary tract infection. She should take antibiotics like norfloxacin or levofloxacin according to your doctor's advice. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
