What Does This Gastroscopy Report Indicate?
i have just had a gastroscopy report the diagnosis was in the oesophagus 02 cms haitus hernia, stomach, mild antral gastritis and duodenum, moderate duodenitis. my brother recently passed with stomach cancer and he also had the same symptoms as me. do you feel i have any concerns please

The report indicates a gap in diaphragm opening with reflux of stomach acid and alteration in pH of stomach, duodenum. It is not indicative of stomach cancer.
