What Does This Follicular Study Indicate?

hello doctor, iam shamila . married after 4 years. i get pregnancy . but my last period date september 27. i get folicular study on 10-10-2014 uterus is normal in size. normal endometrial echoes seen. no focal myometrial lesions detected. (r) ovary largest is11 mm (l) ovary largest 9 mm. endometrium 6mm.next today result(10-10-2014) (r) ovary 13mm, (l)ovary 9mm endometrium 7 mm. doctor please this results is optimum for getting pregnancy.

Yes, pregnancy can be expected if you are having intercourse regularly.
There is a growing dominant follicle in the right ovary and it is expected to ovulate around 14th day and have fertilisation with sperm.
Also the endometrium response is good to hold the pregnancy.
