What Does This Blood Test Results Indicate?

tah and t4 normal; Vit D is 12; Jo-1 AB is 32; ANA titer is 1:40; ANA pattern is speckled; MCH is low @ 26.9; Calcium is 10.1; BUN/Creatine is 24; sed rate is 27. I am thinking about getting my parathyroid tested. While I wait for 2 referrals to call back. Glands sore in neck.

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your ANA is positive with speckled pattern. You may have some autoimmune disorder like SLE, drug induced lupus, mixed connective tissue disease etc. You should go for complete ANA profile. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Your vit D3 level is also low. You should take vit D supplements.
