What Does This X-ray Report Of Hip Area Indicate?

Two years ago my mom had open heart bypass..and it has been tough,,to recooperate..has many pains..specially in her left leg..come to find out she had a xray taken and found out she has many surgical clips inside her hip area..can that occur from her hear open surgery...
