What Does This X Ray Report Indicate?

thank you my xray results demonstrate sclerosis of the acetabulum left hip and osteoarthrosis moeover iam in constant pain in my left side of my left hip. the pain is excruciating. do i need a hip replacement left. also i dont have any health/medical insurance. again my pain is constant and excruciating. july 2014 19 from peter k. hobart.indiana

Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Sclerosis is excessive calcification due to recurrent damage and is due to associated osteoarthrosis.
2. Due to joint swelling and associated inflammation, you are having severe pain.
3. You will require hip replacement if you want to be mobile and pain free.
