Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It indicates, the vague lumpy breast is possibly only fat tissue.
2. There is no tumor - either benign or malignant.
3. Not to worry, is only fat tissue and is normal within breast tissue. However, in case of breast if lump mass persists, mammogram or ultrasound maybe necessary if FNAC was not done properly. NOTE-- details not mentioned in query. More details if available, can give full opinion.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
