What Does This CT Angiography Report Indicate?

My name is Linda, I am yrs old. I am not overweight, eat very healthy. I just received the results of a CT Angiography of my head. The results say I have bilatersl carotid siphon calcific atherosclerosis. Should I be worried? I have been having horrible headaches, fainting (but not very often), short term memory lost is really bad, and dizziness. Thank you for your help.
