What Does This BP And Pulse Rate Reading Indicate?
yes, thanks, my blood pressure is 124 90 with a pulse rate of 87. I m a 39 year old male, non smoker for 3 years and very active...I m wondering about having a complete physical exam with my gp in the coming months. how are my numbers looking to you?

Normal range of BP is 90-130 upper value ( systolic ) and 60-90 lower value ( diastolic ) , so your blood pressure is well within normal limits.
Normal range of heart rate is 60-100, so your heart rate is also within normal range only.
Hence both your blood pressure and heart rate is normal.
But still get complete health check up done.
