What Does This 48hr EEG Report Of A Toddler Signify?

My 3 yr old son had a 48 hr VEEG and in the report it says the findings indicate the presence of diffuse cerebral dysfunction with potential generalized epileptogenicity. Clinical correlation recommended does this mean the neurologist is recommending a diagnosis of epilepsy? They didn t give us an actual diagnosis but handed us this report and said it s not bad enough to put on AED but we re going to watch him

I really appreciate your concern, the report is not clear one and it has to be correlate with the clinical condition for which the test has been done if this was the symptoms of seizure then it could be Epilepsy hope this information helps.
