What Does These CT Scan Of Lung Indicate?

I just received my ct scan follow up due to family history of lung cancer ( mom and brother died from it. )Past scan showed 2mm. nodules in each lobe and atelectasis. Now it shows dependent ground glass opacities bilateral lower lobes with mild atelectasis and stable 1.1 x 1.2 right hilar lymph node. Antecedent granulomatous lung disease. I am concerned. What do I do next as this is stated as nothing acute . I have never smoked.
