What Does There Is Left Anterior Temporal Spikes With Phase Reversal At F7 Indicate?
my 17 yr old son had a seizure in july (his first and so far only one). He has had two eegs both abnormal showing a review of background activities of wakefulness identified a posterior dominant symmetric moderate amplitude 10 CPS activity that was reactive to eye opening. there is occasional right hemispheric arrhythmical delta activity. Right hemispheric slowing reliably seen. additionally there is right frontal spike and slow wave discharge with phase reversal at F8. there is left anterior temporal spikes with phase reversal at F7. these occured durning wake and sleep but were not actived in sleep. What does that mean? I should also say his MRI was normal.
