What Does My Brain MRI Test Result Indicate?

IMPRESSION: 1. Status post resection of anterior aspect of the right temporal lobe and hippocampus/amygdala. T2 hyperintensity and volume loss involving the right temporal lobe and frontal operculum representing postoperative gliosis. 2. 1.5 x 1.1 x 0.8 cm meningioma involving the right frontal region. does that mean I have a tumor again?

Yes, It does mean that you have a meningeoma, but in the right frontal region this time. But let me assure you that despite having a high rate of recurrence, Meningeoma is the most benign brain tumor with a very very low mortality and morbidity rate.
