welcome to Health care magic.
1.It seems like a normal pelvic scan. Retroverted uterus -when uterus lean forward to the urinary bladder - its normal variations (normal).
2.Not enlarged - normal, endometrium 1cm is normal upper limit at pre proliferative or proliferative phase.
3.No gestational sac means, there is no pregnancy, minimal free fluid means - collection - likely the follicle break - which is normal.
4.Over all your scan is normal, and your follicle status - likely periods are expected soon ( now its mid)
5.It could be just a irregular period, however get an urine pregnancy test and if positive we need to look for ectopic, and also correlate with Blood BHCG for confirmation and to rule out ectopic.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
