What Does The Test Report Indicate?

good evening sir ,sir actually i am pregnant and completed my 29weeks of pregnancy my Dr asked me to do tiffa scan as i am 36yr old and have hypothyrodism and i had 3 missed abortion. my dr is 10yr old and MY wt is 48kg and my ht is 164cm and the report shows that i am having mild prominance of pelvicalyceal system on both sides ie rt 7mm and lt 11mm we r tensed plz tell us if thre is any complication to the fetus and is there any management 4 this .thankyou for ur patient listening
