Hello
Your report appears to be normal with the parameters- sperm count, viscosity and morphology. However there is a concern regarding the motility which is below the normal range probably because of infection or presence of antibodies.
Sperm aggregation and presence of WBC are indicators for some infection. Aggregation of sperms affects sperm motility.
Do consult your doctor for further investigations and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
