What Does The Result Sinus Rhythm, Repolarization Disturbance Indicate?

I just had an ECG performed at part of a weight loss program. It states the following: sinus rhythm, right axis deviation, incomplete RBBB, moderate left-precordial repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia or LV overload. What does this mean and should I make an appointment with my doctor. I have a diagnosis of Prinzmetal s angina since 2000 and had a pacemaker insert in 2005. I have not had an ECG in many years.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi i read your query very carefully.

The ECG findings suggest possible heart disease that should be evaluated.

So i suggest consulting your cardiologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hope it was of help!
