What Does The Report Say?
Urine test shows positive pregnancy, but pelvic scan does not show any sac, just shows thick endometrium 1.3 mm, bleeding off n on sometimes a little thick sometimes thin but very little....totally confused, am i pregnant or not?? Also having constipation with bleeding

According to the USG report,you are not pregnant.This is confirmatory.
Since you have bleeding,it is likely that you was pregnant before and it is aborted now.
Urine test takes some time for becoming negative.HCG hormone persist in body for some time,so your urine test is positive.
For constipation,you should take fibrous food and take laxatives if needed.
