hello, welcome to health care magic, the report says in both kidneys, stone formation has occured due to obstuction to urine flow caused by a stone lodged in the ureter and kidney have taken damage of grade 1 . hydronephrosis means swelling of the kidney with the inability of urine to drain from the kidney into the bladder. hope this was useful
