Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest both kidneys are normal in size and shape and the echo-texture ( parenchyma is normal ).
2.PCS - pelvis and calyx on both sides and bladder wall and internally appears normal.
3.There is increased in volume of prostate - which could be the cause for the urinary symptoms.
4.Which is an age related entity seen in most of the men in elderly age.
5.Treatment initially conservative - but in symptomatic cases operative procedure is treatment of choice. Many interventions done these days please consult your nearest urologist regarding procedure.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
