Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The repeated vomiting is not related to cortical dysplasia. This disorder can cause epilepsy seizures. If he doesn't have epilepsy seizures, then further investigation for a gastro-intestinal disorder should be sought. An EEG is necessary in order to examine if his brain is having silent seizures, which lead to vomiting. You should discuss with your pediatrician on the above issues.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
