Are Multiple Hypoechoic Lesions On The Posterior And Anterior Uterine Wall A Serious Matter Requiring Medical Attention?

Hi my uterus shows multiple hypoechoic lesions one of size approx 4.6×1.5 cm in posterior wall,2nd of size is approx 3×2.5 cm in fundo anterior wall& 3rd size approx 3×1.9cm in posterior wall rest subcentimetric in size. My age is 47...what shall i do now???

welcometo hcm ..mam you have multiple fibroids in your uterus ..now treatment is as per age ..as in your age when patient has completed family we recommend uterus removal as hysterectomy which is safe as only uterus is removed leaving behind ovaries so patient is saved from after effects ...second is drig therapy ..there are various as tab danazol ..as it is prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these ..but usually drugs are not helpful in some patients ..
