What Does The Following Lipid Profile Report Suggest?

A 50-year-old man with no apparent health problems who is moderately active and normal weight has the following blood values: high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol = 30 mg/dL; low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol = 160 mg/dL; and triglycerides = 300 mg/dL.

thanks for posting on hcm.
the lipid profile values are slight deranged putting the person in moderate risk category for cardiovascular diseases.
normally
HDL should be >60 mg/dl which is a good cholestrol
LDL should be between 60n to 130 mg/dl which is a bad cholesterol.
triglycerides should be i would recommend you to change your dietary habits
1. avoid fatty foods
2. take polyunsaturated fats instead of monosaturated fats.
3. if your not allergic take nuts such as peanuts which help increasing the HDL levels.
4. increase physical activity do moderate exercise at least 30 minutes a a day for 5 days in a week
if possible consult a dietitian who can provide a proper diet plan.
