What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Suggest?

Hai,

I had follicular study on today(12th day) and it was 18*20 mm in right ovary and in left ovary no dominant follicle has seen.my doctor gave me HCG injection 10000 at 1.30 pm on today (25.9.17).my doctor told me not to have intercourse on today's night and she told me to have it on tomorrow's morning.is it is necessary to have intercourse after 24 hours and if anything has happened that I will have it before that?
