Hello and welcome to HCM,
The site of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is not mentioned, however, I get to know from the description that FNAC is done from liver.
There is presence of malignant cells or cancerous cells on the FNAC .
There is possibility of primary cancer or metastatic cancer in the liver.
Thus, you need to consult your doctor to look for possible primary site of cancer (in case of metastatic cancer) or to assess the liver in case of primary cancer.
Treatment can be planned once diagnosis is made.

Thanks and take care
