Hello and welcome to HCM,
Erosive gastritis and erosive duodenitis refers to denudation of the superficial lining of the esophagus and duodenum.
Irritation of the gastric and duodenal mucosa, chemical injury (due to acid), infection or inflammation can cause such erosions.
Measures have to be taken to avoid the erosions.
Risk factor responsible for these erosions has to be avoided.
Acidity or gastritis is the most common cause of these erosions.
Medication has to be instituted to heal these lesions.
Consult your gastroenterologist for prescription of appropriate medication.

Thanks and take care
