What Does The MRI Result Regarding Back Pain Indicate?

Hi i have just recieved my mri results and wondered if you could tell me what they mean. MRI spine lumbar + sacral findings: There is exaggeration of the lumbar lordosis with preservation in signal disca. The vertebral bodies, thecal sac and conus are within normal limits. signal return from bone and adjacent soft tissues is preserved. I have been suffering with chronic lower back pain now for almost 2 years, it started through pregnancy when i was told i had spd my baby is now 13 months and the pain in my sacrolliac joints it terrible. im currently seeing a chirpractor as my pelvis is out of alignment and casuing pain now on my knee joints too.

Hi, Welcome to healthcare magic. As per your description MRI seems to be normal.mostly low back pains are due to weak muscles and bones.these require exercises as primary treatment. I think this advice of mine will be helpful to you.
