I was diagnosed with fibromyalgyia several years ago with pain mostly in my neck and back, recently this pain has increased with muscle tightness in my neck and pins and needles down my right arm and sometimes a slight numbness, I asked my doctor for x-rays the results show the following:- A loss of cervical lordosis, cervical spondylosis at c5/6 with reduced disc space and calcification in the ligamentum nuchae can you please tell me what this all means and if there is anything I can do to help relieve my pain.

Hello,

You have to maintain correct posture to avoid aggravation of pain.
Take analgesic like paracetamol. Do consult a physiotherapist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
