What Does Swelling In The Feet Indicate?

My feet are swelling real bad, my right arm hurts and burns from my shoulder to my thumb, blood pressure is very high 198/102 and I get out of breath real easy. My arm hurts so much that I cannot sleep at night no matter if I prop it up or keep ice on it. No matter how I lay it s very painful. Any ideas?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having accelerated hypertension, breathing difficulty and swelling in feet.
All these are symptoms of hypertensive heart failure.
So immediately consult Cardiologist and get done ecg, 2d echo.
You will need antihypertensive, diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs.
Strict control of blood pressure with fluid restriction (less than 1.5 liters /day) are needed along with drugs.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
