ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
This could be because of the viral infection and there could besmall ulcers on the palatoglossal arch and so the swelling.
You need to do gargles regularly, and take an antibiotic and multivitamins.
The viral will go on its own in 5-6 days but to prevent bacterial infection and to bring some relief you need to take medicines.
In doubt do reply.
