Hello,
The sonogram report is suggestive of polycystic ovaries and the impact of this can be deduced in correlation with the clinical picture only. If you have associated irregular periods, obesity, unwanted hair, pigmented patches on the skin and/or infertility, you should be suffering from PCOD, the commonest hormonal disorder observed in the reproductive age group. Please see a specialist for a proper physical exam, complete hormonal profile and other needed management. Please maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet. Hope this helps.
