What Does Small Bump On Underside Of Wrist Indicate?

I have a small bump on the underside oft wrist. I thought it was an infected splinter that wasn't removed right away, but when we tried to pop it, it didn't work. It's been on my wrist for almost a month, and its been itching, and hurts whenever I bump it against something. I thought it was a wart, but I'm immune to HPV, so i don't know. What is it?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern in my opinion if the lesion that you have does not hurt you or does not manifest then just wait and watch no need to temper it chances of disappearing this lesion on its own is likely, if this does not disappears then you have to see the doctor for clinical examination and investigations, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
