Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from semen infection, borderline sperm count and decreased motility of sperms.

Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

At least 55 % sperms should be motile and normal sperm count is at least 20 millions /ml.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You shouldn't wear tight underpants.
If low motility and borderline sperm count persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
