What Does Rupturing Of Ovarian Cyst With Frequent Urination Suggest?

My ovarian cyst ruptured and caused me terrible pain and gave me the worst urge to urinate very frequently. It s been several weeks, the pain is gone, but I still kind of feel like I have to pee fairly often. Is this normal and can I do something to help myself with the feeling?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Rupture of ovarian cyst can cause spread the infection to the urinary tract and it will increase the risk of uti.
So burning during urination and increase frequency could be due to urinary tract infection.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo urine routine and microscopic tests to confirm the infection.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran Ds
Tablet pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash
Hope this may help you
